This project began as a faculty development initiative to identify the needs of the various types of faculty members that exist in the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University. Recognizing the variety of needs that may be specific each faculty, we created vignettes as a way to capture the different types of faculty members - what do their journeys look like from start to finish? what questions might they have as they go through their time as faculty?
